My grant application was successful, what next?

Congratulations! You are well on your way to getting your Rappa products on farm and making the job easier. So what do you need to do now?

Step 1 – Call us:

Not sure what you need? Our expert sales team can talk you through your options and help you get the right set up for your needs. You can also take a look at our advice centre resources and YouTube channel, where there are videos of our mobile sheep handling systems and electric fencing equipment in use.

After speaking with a member of the sales team…

Step 2 – Place your order:

If you’ve already spoken to our sales team and received a quote from us and you’re happy with everything, you’re ready to place your order. Simply Forward your GFA notification to sales@rappa.co.uk so we can check everything over, including the product criteria and grant code.

It’s really important that the details on your Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) match the details on your order, particularly your exact trading name and address. Your grant may be refused if for example, you application is under J Smith, but your invoice says John Smith.

Once we receive your order we will send an order confirmation along with an estimated delivery date, which can be tailored to suit your working calendar if you prefer.

Step 3 – Accept your grant:

Your GFA is valid until 8th July 2024 so make sure you confirm receipt before the deadline. Instructions on how do this will be included in the GFA email.

You should also include confirmation of when you’ll receive your delivery from Rappa when you accept your grant.

Step 4 – Take delivery and demonstrate proof to the RPA:

When your products arrive, you’ll need to provide photographs of them in-situ and show the serial numbers. For road-legal towed items like our Series 10 and 12 mobile yards and trailer, you’ll also need to take a photo of your VIN plate. This needs to be completed by the RPA deadline – midday on 10th January 2025.

Our experienced sales team can guide you through this process and also provide you with product demonstrations if you need it.
