Warranty Coverage
- Speedrite energisers = 5 year warranty
- Defender energisers = 3 year warranty
Please note: Warranties exclude batteries and leads.
If your energiser develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll repair it free of charge*.
How to Return Your Energiser
There’s no need to book your repair in advance.

Fast Turnaround
Most energisers are repaired and returned within 7 days.**
Outside Warranty?
If your energiser is no longer covered by warranty, we may still be able to repair it.
In these cases, the cost of labour, parts and postage will need to be covered by the customer.
