Terms & Conditions

1. Downloading the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store constitutes automatic entry into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

2. The competition closes at 23:59 on Sunday 1st February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

3. The winner will be selected at random and announced on Monday 2 February 2026 via Rappa social media channels. The winner will also be notified by email.

4. By entering the competition, participants grant Rappa permission to use, share, and repost competition-related content, including the winner’s name and announcement posts, across Rappa’s social media and marketing channels without further consent or compensation.

5. The prize is a £250 voucher redeemable against any Rappa products at rappa.co.uk or by telephone order on 01264 810665. The prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2026.

6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

7. Competition open to UK residents only.

8. Employees, distributors, agents, and representatives of Rappa Fencing Ltd, and their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to enter or participate in the competition.

9. Rappa reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Rappa reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition where circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

11. The promoter of this competition is Rappa, and entry implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
